Accelerated Foreign Language Instruction is a unique way to learn a language that is ideally suited to adult learners. This method employs best teaching practices with whole-brain learning theory to maximize each individual’s learning style (Visual, Kinesthetic and Auditory).

Classes are presented as a series of comedic dialogs where vocabulary, pronunciation and simple grammar are learned in a conversational and natural manner. Even though the material is presented in an informal manner, as opposed to a traditional textbook approach, the basic rules of grammar, pronunciation, verb conjugation and colloquial usage will be covered. The Portuguese language structure and grammatical rules are easily and naturally learned through the sequence of dialogs, which include many props, jokes, games and exercises in class.

For those that prefer additional practice at home, assignments for self-study, "tareas", will be given that reinforce the topics and material just presented for that specific segment of the class
